I hate so many things right now, it’s hard to focus on any one

I woke up early today to throw up and have the runs at the same time, because there is no point in going with the obvious illness at this stage, is there?
So I am kind of a wreck, because I hate throwing up with the fury of a nest of wasps. I haven’t eaten much ( yogurt) and I am still on the couch, where I have been off and on all day, and, if I’m honest, most of the last few years.
Also, I have a headache but am afraid of trying to take a pill at this point, because if it comes back up I will be pissed. What a waste of meds.
Anyway, that’s my Friday.
