I feel for your situation & hope that this endless sinus stuff is the root cause of the dizziness, cause at least that’s Treatable. Can they put you on Meclazine? That seems to help with dizziness. Or Vodka, which while really not helping the dizziness, you won’t mind it nearly as much! They make some fine walking sticks round here, about 1 1/2 hrs. away in Woodstock,ny (Yeah,That Woodstock) I’m fairly sure we can get one with Lasers, A Stun Gun & extra pointy tips… Let me know.

For cool folk, those are called ‘walking sticks,’ and when you use one you can pretend to be just off a mountain from an awesome hike.
Also, ‘Booger Sherpa’ is a great band name.
